Cancellation Policy for classes, parties and workshops:

You can cancel your booking with a full refund of your deposit/full payment (minus a £20 admin charge) up to 3 days before your event date. The notification of this must be in writing.

Cancellation within 3 days of the event:

If you cancel with less than 3 days until the event you will forfeit the the 50% deposit already paid.

The £20 admin fee will apply to all cancellations once a booking has been made.

Cancellation Policy for murals and artwork services:

Cancellations of these bookings will forfeit all of your 50% deposit. At our discretion we may reduce this based on individual circumstances.
